Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided you contact us with a valid reason and meet the return conditions listed below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Show no signs of use
- Include original packaging
- Include a clear reason for return, supported by photo evidence in the case of damage or faults
We accept returns due to:
- Damaged or faulty jewelry
- Incorrect size
- If the piece wasn’t what you expected
All return requests must be submitted via email. Please contact us at info@scarletstockholm.se with the subject line:
Order Return Request (Product Name)
We aim to respond within 12 hours.
Once your return is accepted, simply use the return label included in your original package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Costs
All our packages include a prepaid return label, and we cover the cost of return shipping. Please ensure you use the original packaging for safe return.
Non-Returnable / Sale Items
- Returned items that were purchased at a discounted price will be refunded for the discounted amount paid
- Items must be returned unused to be eligible for a refund
- We do not accept returns of worn jewelry
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please email us at info@scarletstockholm.se to initiate the exchange process. Include your order details and reason for the exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.
If it’s been more than 30 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@scarletstockholm.se.
