Where We Ship

Currently, Scarlet Stockholm ships exclusively within Sweden. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include the rest of Europe soon — stay tuned!

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within Sweden. There are no minimum purchase requirements — shipping is on us, always.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

All deliveries are handled by PostNord, our trusted logistics partner.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment ID via email, allowing you to track your package through PostNord’s tracking portal:

No signature is required upon delivery, so your package may be delivered directly to your mailbox or local pickup point.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us so we can assist you.
